A typical visit involves a pre-assessment medical questionnaire regarding your ear health history, followed by an otoscopy (digital ear examination). If indicated and deemed safe for your condition, wax build up is removed by microsuction – a single-used sterilised Zoellner tube that sucks out the wax in a controlled procedure.
